Where to find the time to enter
- On claude.ai or the desktop app: Settings > Usage shows the time left in the session and when the week resets.
- In Claude Code: type /usage to see your plan’s limits.
- Enter those times above: the timer keeps them on this device.
Two different clocks
The session follows a rolling five-hour window, so it depends on your activity. The week always resets at the same time, assigned to your account, whenever you start working. That’s why the weekly reminder repeats in your calendar and the session one doesn’t.
