What’s new
JaugeAI, release after release.
Every published step, from the first Mac release to the App Store. The Mac app updates itself; iPhone and Apple Watch, through the App Store.
A first launch that shows you around
- Your services detected live, with help to install Claude Code or Codex if you only use AI on the web or your phone.
- A Mac with Codex alone also feeds the iPhone, Apple Watch and widgets.
- The pill follows the shape of the MacBook’s notch.
JaugeAI on the App Store
- The iPhone and Apple Watch app, with its widgets, complications and Live Activity.
- Three rings everywhere, the top card of your choice, the compaction coach, data-backed tips and a weekly goal.
- Codex next to Claude, and the service shown everywhere: yours, or the one closest to its limit.
- Seven days to try Pro, then a one-time purchase.
The Mac’s notch, and Codex on equal terms
- A pill under the MacBook’s notch, like the iPhone’s Dynamic Island. One click expands it.
- Codex next to Claude: 5-hour session and week, forecast, value at API prices, live session.
- One setting picks the service shown in the menu bar, the notch and the widgets.
- Settings › Services: switch each service on or off. Optionally, the live session’s context.
Three rings, the same everywhere
- A redesigned top card: the limit of your choice in large, the three rings, then the other limits.
- Each gauge keeps the colour of what it measures; alerts use a symbol.
- Legibility reviewed against Apple’s guidelines, and an Appearance setting: light, dark or automatic.
AIjauge becomes JaugeAI
- A new name, a new logo, a new icon.
- At the top of the panel, the limit that matters and its path to the reset.
- Amounts in your currency, at the European Central Bank rate.
From insight to action
- The right time to /compact, in the panel, widgets, notifications and with Siri.
- Weekly goal, savings journal, your 5-hour windows and a monthly PDF report.
- Rings arrive, and the history becomes a calendar of rings.
Dashboard, Codex and tips
- The dashboard: subscription value by period, cost per day, projects, against your plan’s price.
- Codex next to Claude, read without any credentials, with a switcher and its history.
- The first data-backed tips: cache, context, model, plan, each with its estimated gain.
90 days of history
- History over 24 hours, 7, 30 and 90 days, with resets and the week’s recap.
- What your activity is worth at API prices, read from Claude Code’s local files.
- New widgets, including subscription value.
First public release
- Your Claude limits in the menu bar and in widgets, with an “at this pace” forecast and notifications.
- Claude Code’s session read only: never a password.
- The same evening, the iPhone’s Live Activity and the Apple Watch complication, through iCloud.
