Terms of use
Last updated: October 7, 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of JaugeAI: the Mac app, the iPhone and Apple Watch app, this website, and the voice connector (connect.jaugeai.com) that lets ChatGPT and Claude read your limits. By using any of these services, you accept these terms.
2. Publisher
JaugeAI is published by Benjamin Sanchez EI, trading as Paper34, a French sole proprietorship, SIRET 532 538 378 00037, Résidence Les Dunes, 2 chemin des Dunes, 34300 Agde, France. Contact: contact@jaugeai.fr. See also the legal notice.
3. What JaugeAI does
JaugeAI shows the usage limits of your AI subscriptions (Claude, Codex, Gemini), as read on your Mac by each service’s official tools. These numbers, along with forecasts, advice and cost estimates, are indicative: they may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and each provider may change its limits or how they are counted at any time. JaugeAI does not guarantee that you will not reach a limit, and does not replace each service’s official information.
4. Price and the JaugeAI Pro purchase
The essentials of JaugeAI are free. JaugeAI Pro is a one-time purchase made in the iPhone app through Apple’s App Store, subject to Apple’s terms; Apple also handles refunds. The purchase applies on iPhone, Apple Watch and, with the same iCloud account, the Mac. The Mac app sells nothing.
5. The voice connector
- It is optional, part of JaugeAI Pro, and requires the Mac app. It is off by default.
- You link an assistant by entering a 6-digit code shown on your Mac. Do not share this code with anyone. You can remove every assistant’s access at any time with “Turn off and erase”.
- The connector is provided without any guarantee of permanent availability. It may be interrupted for maintenance, changed or discontinued; in that case, the publisher will announce it on this website.
- You must not try to access another user’s data, get around the attempt limits, overload the service or disrupt how it works. The publisher may suspend access used in this way.
- The data processed and how long it is kept are described in the privacy policy.
6. Third-party services
ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Codex and Antigravity are services of OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, subject to their own terms and privacy rules. What you share with an assistant, including the connector’s answers, falls under those rules. JaugeAI is independent software, not affiliated with these companies.
7. Liability
JaugeAI is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the numbers shown, nor for an interruption of the third-party services JaugeAI relies on. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer, nor the publisher’s liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
8. Intellectual property
The JaugeAI name, logo, apps, texts and visuals belong to the publisher. The Claude Code plugin is published under the MIT licence, as stated in its repository.
9. Changes
These terms may change, in particular with new features. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use JaugeAI after a change means you accept the new version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, please first write to contact@jaugeai.fr to look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the rules that allow a consumer to bring a claim before the courts of their place of residence.
